Polco is seeking an Associate Project Manager to be a member of the Operations team, supporting the Executive Suite in ensuring that essential internal projects are effectively executed to meet overall business needs. The associate project manager will work cross-functionally to provide the process and structure needed for teams to collaborate efficiently and effectively on internal projects. They will facilitate communication and ensure the shared understanding of goals, tasks and timelines.
As a Survey Specialist, you'll be working directly with local governments to help them attain a better understanding of their resident satisfaction, trust, and overall performance. You will be responsible for managing projects for clients: giving overviews of the product, guiding them through implementation of our benchmark surveys, helping them craft survey questions and supporting their use of the Polco platform for creating a culture of civic engagement.
The New Business Account Executive position supports the market share growth of Polco by building relationships, identifying, and closing new sales opportunities with net new accounts within an assigned territory. This is a hunter/closer role.
To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment. We are specifically looking for a solution-oriented Account Executive who is comfortable with SaaS technologies and has a passion for working with state and local government.
