You’ll lead a cross-functional team to identify where we can provide more value to our admins. Specifically, this position will work to build scalable solutions that help our admins get representative feedback from their community and turn that data into actionable insights.
As a Survey Scientist at Polco you will help manage our clients’ custom research needs. You will be responsible for survey project management including client consultation, question design and formatting, sampling, outreach implementation, analysis and delivery of results (including presentations, if requested). You’ll be the primary point of contact for your client. You will also work across teams to continue to develop our online reporting capabilities. Essential to the role is helping evolve innovative sampling and weighting procedures to reduce time and increase the effectiveness of the outcomes.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and oversees all phases of the customer lifecycle following the acquisition of a new customer. The CSM takes customers immediately from sales to onboarding, implementation and customer care as a trusted advisor. They will offer training and guidance for enterprise customers throughout their customer journey on Polco.
As a Customer Success Survey Specialist, you'll be working directly with local governments to help them attain a better understanding of their resident satisfaction, trust, and overall performance. You will be responsible for managing projects for clients: giving overviews of the product, guiding them through implementation of our benchmark surveys, helping them craft survey questions and supporting their use of the Polco platform for creating a culture of civic engagement.
