Polco is looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Contract Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the contract management cycle. The Contract Operations Specialist is a hands-on role lending support and ensuring processes and activities of all phases of the contract lifecycle for all customer contracts. The position will report to the VP of Sales and work cross-functionally with other teams as needed.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and oversees all phases of the customer lifecycle following the acquisition of a new customer. The CSM takes customers immediately from sales to onboarding, implementation and customer care as a trusted advisor. They will offer training and guidance for enterprise customers throughout their customer journey on Polco.
As a Survey Specialist, you'll be working directly with local governments to help them attain a better understanding of their resident satisfaction, trust, and overall performance. You will be responsible for managing projects for clients: giving overviews of the product, guiding them through implementation of our benchmark surveys, helping them craft survey questions and supporting their use of the Polco platform for creating a culture of civic engagement.
The New Business Account Executive position supports the market share growth of Polco by building relationships, identifying, and closing new sales opportunities with net new accounts within an assigned territory. This is a hunter/closer role.
