Polco will not be liable to you for more than the amount you have paid to Polco in accordance with these terms in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert a claim. You acknowledge and agree that if you have not paid anything to Polco during such time period, your sole remedy (and Polco’s exclusive liability) for any dispute with Polco is to stop using our Site and to cancel your account.
