Senior Account Executive

Remote - Madison, WI | $90,000 ‒ $110,000 Annually

Polco is seeking a Senior Account Executive (AE) to accelerate our mission of helping governments make better decisions through trusted data and inclusive civic participation. As a senior member of the Revenue Team, you will drive growth by selling Polco’s engagement platform, benchmark surveys, and data dashboards to government agencies across your territory. This is a hunter role focused on net-new accounts. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and play a key role in shaping Polco’s growth in the GovTech market.

Account Manager

Remote - Madison, WI | $80,000 ‒ $100,000 Annually

Polco is seeking an Account Manager (AM) to strengthen relationships with our government partners and ensure they achieve long-term success with our civic engagement platform, benchmark surveys, and data dashboards. As a key member of the Revenue Team, you will manage renewals, drive expansions, and help public sector leaders use Polco to create more inclusive, transparent, and data-driven communities.
