Polco is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to accelerate our mission of helping governments make better decisions through trusted data and inclusive civic participation. As a critical member of the Revenue Team, you will drive growth by selling Polco’s engagement platform, benchmark surveys, and data dashboards to government agencies across your territory. This is a hunter role focused on net-new accounts. You will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and play an essential role in shaping Polco’s growth in the GovTech market.
Business Development Representative

Polco is seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Revenue Team. You’ll be the engine behind our prospecting efforts and the first voice reaching new customers. Every day, you’ll research, connect, and start meaningful conversations with civic leaders and public officials across the country. This is a great opportunity to develop your sales skills, build relationships in a high-impact sector, and play a vital role in bringing Polco’s mission-driven solutions to more communities nationwide.
