Polco is looking for a partner relationship manager who is driven to improve communities by evangelizing engagement and informed decision-making solutions. If you are comfortably outgoing, meticulous with details, geared toward execution, and excited by the pace of ap culture, then you are set up for success in this role. You'll be an early member of a growing team. Your contributions would have a major impact on our strategies, culture, and overall business. Day-to-day you’d own a broad range of outreach and enablement activities, and collaborate with company leadership and colleagues. You’d manage and coordinate a cohort of strategic partners including industry associations, firms complementary to our business, and other thought-leaders within our field. Ultimately, you would be responsible for driving growth in Polco’s reputation amongst local governments and other public-sector organizations through positive and productive relationships.

To manage strategic partnerships at Polco, you'll jump right in by expanding knowledge of our products within the industry. You’ll collaborate with Polco teammates and assume ownership of both existing and prospective partner relationships. You will have great flexibility while being deeply supported by your direct and cross team colleagues.
The Strategic Partnerships Director is a full-time position with benefits in a small, yet innovative company. Starting annual salary is $70,000-$100,000 depending on experience. A competitive benefits package is provided for all full-time employees.
