How Polco Works

In Partnership with ICMA, National Research Center (NRC) at Polco designed a suite of representative benchmarking surveys specifically for local governments. This partnership equips leaders with performance measurement tools, resident and employee surveys, and more. In 2019, NRC became Polco’s proprietary in-house data science laboratory.
